Sebagai bentuk komitmen perusahaan dalam mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang kompetitif di dunia kerja, perusahaan menyediakan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi terakreditasi, baik di dalam maupun luar negeri, untuk mengikuti Program Magang. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata dalam lingkungan yang aktif dan dinamis, serta memungkinkan mahasiswa menerapkan ilmu yang telah mereka pelajari. Program Magang berlangsung selama maksimal tiga bulan dan diadakan dua kali setahun, pada bulan April dan September. Seleksi peserta didasarkan pada kinerja akademik, dengan penekanan pada inklusi dan keberagaman, dan pengumuman dilakukan melalui situs web perusahaan.

Kriteria :

• Active student in D4/S1/S2
• Minimum GPA 2.80 from scale 4.00
• Must obtain approval from the university to take part in the program by attaching an official letter from the university
• Committed to join the program for 12 months full time (Mid of February 2025 to Mid of February 2026)
• In physically and mentally healthy condition
• Good behaviour and communication

1. Application Developer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Application/Software Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills, and contribute to meaningful software solutions using HTML5, Bootstrap, Flutter, and Microsoft Technology (ASP .Net, Azure Cloud Platform, SQL Server, etc.) and learn Agile process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coding and Development: Assist in writing, testing, and maintaining code for various software applications.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and fix bugs in existing software.
• Documentation: Create and update documentation for software features and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Learning and Development: Continuously learn new programming languages, tools, and technologies.
• Testing: Participate in the testing process to ensure the quality and functionality of the software.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to improve code quality and learn best practices.
• User Support: Assist in providing technical support to users and resolving any issues they encounter.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Programming Skills: Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, Bootstrap, Flutter) and/or backend programming using C#, ASP .Net MVC, Web API/REST.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

• Basic Knowledge of Databases: Understanding of database management systems and SQL.

2. Business Intelligence

Become member of Business Intelligence (BI) Development Team to provide solutions for data analytic using Snowflake Warehouse, Data Transformation, Dashboard Reporting platform within IT Projects, SDLC and Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyzing large dataset to identify trends, pattern and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Data Visualization: Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data in an easy understable format for stakeholders.
• Data Management: Designing and maintaining data using Snowflake as data warehouse aligning with global company standard.
• Data Engineering: integrating data from multi source systems to Snowflake warehouse.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Using data to identify and solve business problems, improving processes and strategies.
• Continues Learning: Staying updated with the latest BI tolls, technologies align with global company standard.

Qualifications:

• Major in Technology/System Information.
• Having understanding with Data Analysis.

3. Business Solution Analyst

As an IT Business Solution Analyst Intern at PT Freeport Indonesia, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mining industry while contributing to our digital transformation efforts. This internship will provide you with exposure to various aspects of IT, business analysis, and the mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data related to mining operations and business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• System Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation and selection of IT solutions that align with business objectives and operational requirements.
